Well, it is Christmas rush, and all delivery services love to fuck up this time of year.I'd wait until it's at least 12 or 13 days, and then click on 'resolve' and contact the vendor and ask them what they suggest the next move should be. I personally wouldn't fuck with my feedback rating until I'd exhausted all avenues with the vendor first.Be polite and patient, and 99% of the time you'll be rewarded with a good working relationship with the vendor in question.Best of luck.
